About returned goods (refund / exchange)
Our shop is under the following conditions.
* We do not accept customer exchanges.

Because the goods of our shop become one point, exchange correspondence is not possible. Please acknowledge it beforehand.

Refund due to malfunction of product etc. 

We will refund you if you meet the following conditions.

-All the exhibited products have been judged, but if they are fake.
-When it is significantly different from the product description. (Please forgive some errors in size and some differences in conditions.)
・ If the product you sent was incorrect.

Only in the above cases, we will give you a full refund in exchange for goods.

We will refund the item price and delivery fee in exchange for goods.
We will not refund any fees paid by the customer in advance, such as bank transfer fees.

We will refund you if you meet the following conditions.

・ After arrival, we will consider your response only in the unused case after consultation in advance.

・ Please pay the return shipping fee.

■ Returned goods cannot be accepted in the following cases
-When you arrive and use it and it has changed from the condition at the time of exhibition.
・ When all accessories are missing, such as lost accessories of the goods sent.
・ When it is judged that it is not the goods purchased from our shop.
In the above cases, we will refuse to accept returns.
